Only pay when you send

At batchemail.com, there is no setup fee and no monthly fee so you can send email campaigns whenever you want and you won't lose money during long periods of time where you don't wish to use our service. You can come back to us at any time and pick up where you left off. Unless you ask us to, we won't delete your account (and with it access to your reports), however long you wait until you next send an email campaign.

Pricing Plans

For each campaign you send, you will be charged a flat delivery fee plus a fee per recipient. There are 3 pricing plans available, tailored for low, medium and heavy usage. Customers can request to change pricing plans at any time.

Best value for customers who send up to 1,000 emails per campaign. Best value for customers who send between 1,000 and 10,000 emails per campaign. Best value for customers who send more than 10,000 emails per campaign.

EU business customers please note VAT is not applicable for sending email campaigns as payments will be made to a company based outside of the EU.

Free When Sending to 5 Recipients or Less

Whichever pricing plan you choose, it is free to send a campaign to 5 recipients or less. This can be useful if you want to do your own testing or are trying out the service for the first time.

Design & Spam Testing

Testing your design in all the different email clients is the most frustrating part of sending email campaigns. Our design and spam testing tool changes all that by doing the hard work for you.

Even when you're sending an email campaign to subscribers who opted-in, your email can still be flagged as spam by overzealous spam filters which seem to be getting more and more aggressive with their spam flagging analyses. Instead of just scanning your content for "spammy words", we'll pass your email through real spam filters and tell you exactly why it failed [read more].

Our combined design and spam testing service costs just £10 per test (VAT not applicable).

Email Template Design

If you already have a template design and wish to use that then there is no extra charge. However we also offer a template design service for those who are unable to supply their own, or just fancy something new!

  • Send us a brief of what you're after and we'll create it for you
    or
  • If you have no idea what you want it to look like, we can guide you through a process until we've created something you like.

Prices vary depending on your requirements. Please use the contact page to request a quote. Typical costs for this service range from £500 to £900 + VAT.
